I just recently found two older TED talks which focus on breath. From my introduction to yoga and ujjayi breathing techniques during my undergraduate degree, to the in-depth anatomy and physiology of breathing I undertook when studying osteopathy, I have become breath-obsessed. Reading James Nestors’ booked entitled ‘Breath’ was a GAMECHANGER. I have daily breathwork practices and I try to implement breathing awareness, or intentional breathwork in every session I have with clients.
