Using a comprehensive global approach to factor in individualized anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, Ben employs a variety of principles and manual therapeutic assessments and techniques. These concepts help shape Ben’s practice to more efficiently and effectively address dysfunction at the root or cause of the issue, rather than just relieving symptoms. Some of the techniques used are:

  • myofascial release & fluidic fascial rebalancing

  • craniosacral therapy & biodynamics

  • muscle energy technique & strain-counterstrain

  • visceral manipulation, cranial osteopathy

Ben believes that everything, whether in life or the body, is about balance. He is passionate about the diverse and impactful benefits of regularly practicing yoga, daily breathwork, mindfulness meditation, as well as participating in other physically demanding activities; for him, rock-climbing, snowboarding and basketball. He looks forward to learning more about you and how he can help!
