Ben is a manual osteopathic practitioner (DOMP) and registered massage therapist (RMT) with a background in rehabilitative movement, breath retraining/breathwork, and infant development. He specializes in treating newborns but has ample experience and enjoys working with individuals of all ages.
He emphasizes the importance and powerful impact of regular functional movement, as well as optimal breathing mechanics and habits, using various manual therapy techniques to increase overall well-being and functionality within the body. When the body’s systems work harmoniously and can support themselves, the innate evolutionary potential for health and equilibrium is encouraged to take over; where health thrives and dysfunction cannot.
